Preorders & delivery

What a preorder means, when dispatch is expected, and how we handle changes.

Last updated 23 September 2026
Before orders open

This is the first collection preview. Payments are closed. The sale, delivery and return terms below are prepared for launch; they apply to orders once checkout opens. We will publish the seller’s registered details and dispatch window first.

1. Current dispatch information

Preorders planned for October 10, 2026. This is the ordering date; the dispatch window will be confirmed before payment.

Estimated dispatch: To be confirmed before launch.

A preorder is an order for a product scheduled for a future production run. It is not an in-stock purchase, investment or crowdfunding contribution. Payment is collected in full only when paid checkout is enabled.

We will confirm production specifications and a support contact before accepting payment. Your confirmation will state the dispatch estimate. Dispatch means leaving our fulfilment location; it is different from the delivery date.

2. Destinations, shipping and import costs

Shipping destinations, rates and transit estimates will be confirmed before checkout opens. Displayed product prices exclude shipping and taxes. There is no current promise of worldwide or free shipping.

For international orders, checkout will explain whether import duties and local taxes are prepaid or payable to the carrier on arrival. We will not add an undisclosed delivery charge after accepting your order. Carrier and bank charges outside our control will be explained where applicable.

Ceramic and cork ordered together normally ship together. If a split shipment is needed, we will tell you; we will not add extra postage without your agreement.

3. If production or dispatch is delayed

We will notify you as soon as a delay is known and before the agreed dispatch window ends. The notice will state the reason, a revised date where available, and how to cancel for a full refund of the unshipped items and related shipping charges.

We will ask for your express agreement to the revised schedule. If we cannot obtain it within the period stated in the notice, we will cancel the affected unshipped order and issue the refund. If timing changes again, we will offer the choice again.

Agreeing to wait does not remove your ability to cancel a standard order before dispatch. If a whole production run is cancelled, all affected paid preorders will be refunded. Refunds are handled as described in the refund policy.

4. Delivery, loss and damage

Please check the address before paying. Contact us promptly if it needs changing; we can usually amend it until the order is prepared for dispatch, and will confirm whether the change is possible.

Once dispatched, we will provide the available tracking information. Transit times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If a parcel is overdue, missing or marked delivered but not received, contact us; we will investigate with the carrier and arrange the remedy required by your order and applicable law.

For consumer orders, we remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you nominate, receives them, except where applicable law provides otherwise because you independently appoint a carrier. We do not require you to resolve our carrier’s loss claim yourself.

For damaged or incorrect items, retain packaging where practical and send photographs if available. These help us resolve the problem; lack of original packaging or an immediate photograph does not automatically remove your statutory rights.
