1. The seller and these terms
biuteeful is the brand behind this collection. The seller’s registered legal name, business address and jurisdiction will be published here before paid orders open. No payment can be accepted while those details are missing.

These terms, the product description accepted at checkout, and our delivery and returns policies form the terms of your purchase. A separately accepted written quote also applies to custom orders. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting term.
The privacy notice explains how personal information is handled. Marketing permission is separate from accepting an order.
2. Orders, prices and payment
You must have the legal capacity to place an order and provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. If buying for a business, you must be authorised to do so.
Prices are in US dollars. The product total, available delivery service, shipping charge and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Your bank may charge a conversion or international payment fee; we do not set those charges. Any import costs payable on delivery must be identified before the order is accepted.
Founding, launch and planned retail prices are proposed stages, not claims about a previous selling price. An item is not reserved by adding it to a bag. We do not use the bag or a mailing-list signup as an order confirmation.
When checkout is open, Shopify Payments processes payment in full at the time of preorder. Your order is accepted when payment has been verified and we issue the order confirmation. A pending payment or an on-screen error is not confirmation. Check your receipt or contact us before trying to pay again.
If a material pricing error, availability issue or suspected unauthorised payment prevents us from accepting an order, we will explain it and refund any amount taken. We will not substitute a product or charge an increased price without your agreement.
3. Products, cork and custom work
Each complete coaster contains one ceramic body, one removable top cork and one peel-and-stick cork base. Refill packs contain only the stated cork pieces. The profiled top cork and adhesive base sheet are different parts and cannot be exchanged. First Edition refills are designed for all six 108 mm biuteeful patterns.
Photographs and films currently illustrate the intended design. Natural cork grain and glaze tone vary. Before paid launch we will confirm the final specification; any material change to an accepted order requires your agreement or an option to cancel for a full refund.
Follow the care guide. Remove the top cork for routine cleaning. Wipe the upper pocket; keep the adhesive base fitted and avoid soaking. Use a new adhesive sheet whenever the base is removed. Normal cork wear is expected; it does not remove your rights if an item is defective. The rim has a finite water capacity. We make no antibacterial, mould-proof, unlimited water-containment or guaranteed zero-sticking claim.
Custom logo work requires an itemised quote, your authority to use the artwork, an approved proof or sample, and written production and cancellation terms. We do not begin personalised production on the basis of an enquiry alone. Our custom-order terms cannot exclude rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
4. Delivery, changes and cancellations
The dispatch window agreed when ordering is part of your order information. If we cannot meet it, we will contact you before it passes, explain the revised timing, and offer a choice of waiting or cancelling. We do not treat silence as agreement to an open-ended delay.
Standard orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund, including any shipping charge paid for the cancelled order. After dispatch, the return policy applies. Contact us promptly about an address or selection change; changes are confirmed only when we accept them.
5. Your rights, complaints and responsibility
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, deliberate misconduct, applicable product-safety duties or mandatory consumer guarantees. We do not require a waiver of statutory remedies or impose compulsory arbitration.
If there is a problem, contact us with the order reference and a description. We will investigate and explain the proposed resolution. You may also use the consumer authority, regulator or court available to you under applicable law. These terms do not remove protections that apply in your country of residence.
Business customers may have different statutory rights from consumers. Additional commercial conditions apply only if supplied and accepted in writing before the business order is placed.
6. Website use and changes
You may browse, share links and keep a copy of information relevant to your order. Do not misuse the forms, interfere with security, copy the collection for unauthorised commercial use, or submit artwork you do not have permission to use. Relevant intellectual-property rights remain with their owners.
We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an accepted order. The version and product information accepted when you ordered remain applicable. Save your confirmation and a copy of the terms.
